Track Your Order

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24โ€“48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrierโ€™s system to update. If your tracking hasnโ€™t updated in more than 7 days, contact us at sales@tailify.shop.

While rare, delays can occur due to customs clearance, high-volume periods, carrier disruptions, or an incorrect address. If your order hasnโ€™t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and weโ€™ll resolve it promptly.

If your tracking shows delivered but you havenโ€™t received your package, please check with neighbours, building reception, or your local post office first, then reach out to us at sales@tailify.shop.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you notice an error. Tailify is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
