All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.

๐ Order Tracking
Once your order ships, youโll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24โ48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrierโs system to update. If your tracking hasnโt updated in more than 7 days, contact us at sales@tailify.shop.
โ ๏ธ Delays & Lost Packages
While rare, delays can occur due to customs clearance, high-volume periods, carrier disruptions, or an incorrect address. If your order hasnโt arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and weโll resolve it promptly.
If your tracking shows delivered but you havenโt received your package, please check with neighbours, building reception, or your local post office first, then reach out to us at sales@tailify.shop.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you notice an error. Tailify is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
