Return & Refund Policy
At Tailify, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

✅ Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In their original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Not marked as non-returnable (see exceptions below)
🚧 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Hygiene products that have been opened (litter mats, urine pads, etc.)

📦 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at sales@tailify.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Refund options:
- 💳 Original payment method — full refund to your card or PayPal
- 🏪 Store credit — receive a credit code to use on your next Tailify order
🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to arrange an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at sales@tailify.shop with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
📩 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@tailify.shop with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

⏰ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@tailify.shop
