🚚 Shipping & Delivery

❓ How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

❓ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Applicable thresholds and promotions are displayed at checkout.

❓ How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply enter it on the carrier’s website to follow your package in real time.

❓ Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

❓ My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. What should I do?

Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed due to customs or carrier processing. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 7 days, please contact us at sales@tailify.shop and we’ll investigate right away.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

❓ What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

❓ My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us at sales@tailify.shop within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

❓ How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect the amount.

❓ Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange for the correct size, color, or item.


📦 Orders

❓ Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at sales@tailify.shop or call +1 (307) 365-8668.

❓ I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation right away.

❓ Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Yes! For bulk orders or wholesale enquiries, please reach out to us directly at sales@tailify.shop and we’ll provide a custom quote.

Absolutely. All products are sourced from trusted suppliers and designed with pet safety as the top priority. Materials used are non-toxic, pet-friendly, and meet quality standards.

❓ How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your pet’s neck, chest, or body length before ordering. Still unsure? Contact us and we’ll help you pick the perfect fit.

❓ Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes — popular items are restocked regularly. Contact us to be added to a waitlist and we’ll notify you as soon as your item is back in stock.

❓ Are the product images accurate?

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings. If you have concerns about a specific product, feel free to ask before ordering.
